By accessing this shop or placing an order with Koto Craft, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders and payments
All prices, shipping costs and available payment methods are displayed before checkout. Full payment is required when placing an order.
Koto Craft reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable materials, abusive behaviour or requests involving unlawful or inappropriate content. If Koto Craft cancels an order after payment, the customer will receive a full refund.
Personalised products
Most Koto Craft products are created according to the customer’s selected design, character, artist, colours, text or other preferences.
Customers are responsible for checking that all names, spelling, images and personalisation details submitted with the order are correct. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, printing materials and production methods. Minor variations in positioning, finish or 3D-printed elements may occur and make each item unique. These variations do not affect the customer’s statutory rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Customer-provided content
By submitting photographs, artwork, names, logos or other files, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use them for the requested personalisation.
Koto Craft may refuse any request containing illegal, hateful, discriminatory, explicit or otherwise inappropriate material, or content that may infringe the rights of another person.
Intellectual property
All original shop photographs, graphics, product designs, descriptions and branding belong to Koto Craft and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without permission.
Any third-party characters, artists, names, trademarks or other intellectual property referenced in personalised products remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Koto Craft is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those rights holders.
Production and delivery
Personalised orders normally require 3–7 business days to prepare before shipping. Production may take longer during busy periods or when additional information is required from the customer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact Koto Craft through the shop contact form so the shipment can be investigated.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Because products are made to order and personalised, Koto Craft does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds for change of mind once production has started.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. An appropriate solution will be provided where required by law.
Liability
Koto Craft is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Customers residing in another country retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable to them.
If a problem occurs, customers are encouraged to contact Koto Craft through the shop contact form so that a solution can be found.
Koto Craft may update these terms when its products, services or legal obligations change. The version applying to an order is the one published when the order is placed.
